Why not an electric balance for weighing the ingredients of your salad? "It sounds lame, maybe, but not fixed, which law electrical gadget? Lol
Designed to be easy for the love of God, the good food and should not have more than a simple salad.
Why not combine the lettuce with an electric paint mixer attached and use it as a salad spinner?

The Caesar salad is a classic and put in a mixer. Yummy. Good luck.
Prepare a salad with an electric cutter for carrots, lettuce and cucumbers, etc. if you make the ad with a mixer salad dressing with mayonnaise and mustard combined (just like) mustard. Good Luck
